T R A I N I N G
The company is committed to achieving a high standard of care by training all our employees.
A four day induction programme is in place and it includes:
Health and Safety Awareness
of Abuse
Fire Instruction Food Hygiene
Infection Control Awareness of Dementia
Moving and Assisting Home Policies and Procedures
Communication
Further training by other professional trainers includes:
First Aid
NVQ Health and Social Care Level 2 & 3
Regular updates
Staff receive regular supervision and further training is given as appropriate.
Domestic and catering staff are also given the opportunity to enhance their skills within our training programme.
We have our own in house training team.
